- Refunds are available for customers within 7 days of purchase, provided the software license key has not been activated or used.
- If the software fails to perform as explicitly advertised, customers may be eligible for a refund. Failure to perform does not include situations where the software becomes detectable by gaming platforms.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- No refunds will be issued for keys that have been activated or used.
- No refunds will be provided in cases where the software becomes detectable or unusable due to updates or modifications by third-party gaming platforms or services.
- ZSOFTWARE is not responsible for any account bans, suspensions, or penalties incurred by users of the software, and no refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
- Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the order number, reason for refund, and any required evidence for defective software claims.
- Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and ZSOFTWARE reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.
