Refund and Dispute Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available for customers within seven days of purchase, provided the software license key has not been activated or used. If the software fails to perform as explicitly advertised, customers may be eligible for a refund. Failure to perform does not include situations where the software becomes detectable by gaming platforms.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] with the order number, reason for refund, and any required evidence for defective software claims. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and ZSOFTWARE reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request at its sole discretion.
